I'm a total smoothie lover at heart! I love playing with different flavours and experimenting with ingredients. Sometimes the results are amazing and sometimes they're not - but that's half the fun! 

Today I've decided to share with you a couple of my current favourite smoothie recipes. I encourage you to take some inspiration from them, and try your own combinations. As always use organic ingredients where ever possible.


1 Frozen Banana
Tbsp Cacao (or more if you like it super chocolatey like me!)
Tsp Maca Powder
Handful of baby spinach 
Big tsp of almond butter
Coconut water to make it smooth 
I also like to top this one with coconut flakes for a little crunch factor

Berrie Bonanza

1 Frozen Banana 
Handful of Blueberries 
Big tsp of almond butter 
Coconut Water to make it smooth 

Gusto Green

1 green apple 
1 banana 
1/4 of a lime (cut off the skin) 
Gusto Herbs Balance smoothie booster
Cos lettuce
Purified water 




Tropical Delight
