THERE'S ONLY ONE THING YOU NEED TO 'FIX'

In the age of self development, personal growth and awakening, I have fallen victim to building a list as long as my arm of things that I need to 'fix' about myself.

But to be honest with you, that's kind of counter intuitive to what it's all about!

Today I'm really excited to share with you what I believe to be true. There is only one thing you need to do, in order to live a fulfilling life.

And that's learn to love who you are right now.

Not who you will be when you achieve XYZ, grow your hair longer, or finally leave your day job. Who you are today, bruises and all.

Once we can love who we are in the present, we finally begin to live a life that lights us up daily.

There is one thing that I can hand on heart say to be true as far as all of my clients go, for every single one of them the answer to what they are seeking, when you look far enough, comes back to learning to feel good in their own skin.

Some of them already feel this on some level, others don't at all, but the truth is,

All of us could do with a little more love.

And by all of us, I mean, everyone on this planet.

Here's why....

If you want to feel loved and appreciated in your relationships, you need to be able to give love. And to give love, you need to have love to give.

If you want to do well in your career, continue to excel, and move up the ranks, without meeting burnout on the way, you need to love yourself. Because if you don't, you'll push way to hard, and that is NOT sustainable.

If you want to start or excel in your own business, it's really easy to overwork yourself, especially in the beginning (my hand is raised), and without some level of self love or self care practice, you will ... you guessed it, likely burnout.

If you're going through a painful time, where you're dealing with illness, heartbreak or loss, there is no time more important than now, to take care of you. To fill your cup up, so that you can actually function. I've been there too.

If you don't want to scold yourself every morning when you look in the mirror, you need to learn to appreciate that beautiful body of yours, as it is right now.

I could go on (and on).

Being comfortable in your own skin is the key to a fulfilling life.

And when you can make that shift from hating on yourself, running away with the negative chatter, and totally loosing sight of who your really are, to having your own back, affirming just how special you are, and acting from a place of love - absolutely everything in your world will change, in the most beautiful way.

Happiness amplifies, you have a spring in your step, and your body thanks you!

I've been in the place where I have questioned whether it would be possible for me to love who I am, but the key is to step closer to it. To just take that baby step.

I know in my heart it is absolutely possible for you to wake up everyday, and feel happy in your own skin.

Because this is something I'm so passionate about, I created the Heart Space Facebook group. I'd love for you to join us.
