Just a few days ago, I hosted my most recent workshop SPRING INTENTIONS teaching the beautiful attendees all about journalling at The Craft Parlour.
Journalling is a huge part of my life, and has been a beautiful method of healing, visualistion, intention setting and manifestation, so being able to share my lessons and methods with 11 other women, kinda rocked my socks!
The afternoon was pure magic, the kind that you wish you could just bottle up for those days you're feeling flat. I almost feel at a loss for words as to how to describe it. I'm sure that the pictures further down the page, will show you just how special it was.
The weather was perfect, an absolutely beautiful spring day on the Gold Coast. The styling was effortless, easy and so comfortable. A merging of pieces from The Craft Parlour, as well as personal items from my home, and Rach's too.
We were also lucky enough to get super comfortable on Weave & Willow organic floor cushions - they are actually amazing. I'll be purchasing a few of these after we renovate our living area.
I think all of these personal pieces were infused with the kind of love that can only come from inside a home.
The room was flooded with natural light, it felt like we were all at home, enjoying a heart felt chat over organic food and tea. Everything I always hope my events will be.
Throughout the workshop I took the ladies through a process of journalling exercises, to move them through pain/fear/resistance, and into inspiration, intention setting and commitments for the future.
It was incredible to feel the energy shift in the room as they went from one exercise to the next, finishing up on such a beautifully grounded high.
What a blessing it is to do what I do.
Women are incredible, we need to uplift, love and support each other more and more.
Be the light beam beautiful woman.
I am incredibly grateful for the generous small businesses who sponsored this event too. It really blows my mind how many gorgeous people are willing to give up their time and wares to support another. What was that I was saying about women being amazing?
Hand on heart, I recommend these beautiful people and their divine business ...
