THE THREE THINGS THAT GOT ME THROUGH MY ANGER...

Last weeks blog post was a big one, and I received some amazing feedback. It felt great to stand in my truth, and I’m really proud of that.

I know that it wasn’t for everyone, and some people didn’t agree with what I did, but I want you to know that’s ok. I still like you!

I believe that all we can ever do is be our most authentic selves, show up with truth and step closer to that in each and every moment. I can say with confidence, that’s what I did last Wednesday.

There are 5 stages of grief. Well that’s what google tells me anyway. But to be honest the articles I found were kind of conflicting. Some said seven.
