"Since coaching with Kate, people have certainly noticed in the past year I've become a much happier and less irritable person towards them. I feel like one real shift for me is the constant reminder to myself to talk myself out of negative mindsets – such as negative self-talk. Even just the realisation of my patterns helps as I can now acknowledge their presence and talk myself down from them. I’ve changed my outlook towards relationships, have been working on forgiving people from my past, and have also tried to live a little more genuinely to myself.
